These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Leverage website, mobile app, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Accounts and Security

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Prices and billing terms are presented at the time of purchase.

• App Store purchases - If you purchase through the Apple App Store, your payment is processed by Apple and is subject to Apple's terms and policies.
• Renewals - Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Cancellations - You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

We do not have access to your full payment details and cannot issue refunds beyond what the App Store allows.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant Leverage a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have the rights to the content you submit and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its security
